Got my first rental booked with these guys and just hoping that, judging by the worrying reviews of the company I've seen, their service is not as much of a joke as this app is. No matter how many times you try, it will not scan your ID documents successfully. This means you can't complete registration and make use of any of the supposed benefits of the quick check in and vehicle collection.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented from Green Motion for years and was a part of their membership program. In 2021, I had an issue for the first time. Well, you learn how companies really work when there are issues. This was a very, very small issue and tiny amount of money compared to the thousands I’d spent with them. But they handled it horribly – Ali in customer service in particular – and now they have lost me as a customer.

Always used Green Motion and never disappoint. Easy collection and polite and helpful staff always at the Novotel pick up point for Stansted Airport. Easy and smooth from catching bus from airport to being dropped off at hotel. Highly recommend for solo lady travelers too
