Terrible app. Never works and crashes every time I log in. When I received the letter from the hospital they specifically stated that this app was for vendors to use, but green security states it is not, it is for the facility. Seems to be a huge miscommunication between client and credentialing service.

Had to give 1 star be ause that is the lowest score. This company is a rip off. I am not a fan of credentialing services anyway, but this company takes money and provides nothing but slow, incompetent service, an app that doesn't work and a desktop platform that is useless. Every time I try to log in or do anything, I have to call support, and while nice, they are clueless. And the public wonders why Healthcare is so high. This is a big part if it.

Hi Robert, this app does work, but it's intended for facility employees, not vendors. Please use the mobile website on an android device. Regarding slow and incompetent service, our logs show that you did call in and we were able to help you successfully. We'd be happy to continue to help.

Total garbage. "The app isn't for vendors". God forbid its user friendly for the people who actually need to use it. Great job, glad I have the privilege to pay you $275 every year. Keep up the good work.
