The app consistently has errors at each update. Resulting in not being able to submit claims on mobile. On the rare occasion that the app is working, it is very easy to use and documentation is rarely needed. As of September 15, 2023 the app is still unusable with a "something went wrong" pop up. This has been an issue since the last update claiming to have strengthened the security system.

There are no apps I've had worse experiences with. How difficult is it to keep you logged in on your own device? The main login page has a button which is not a button - it says "a button" in text - literally! Sometimes, my dashboard itself doesn't load and there's no simple way to make it load other than log back in sometime later and hope it works out. I don't think you're a company run by two people that you can't build or fund an app that gets the basics right.

Error on logging in, "a button" shows instead of "log in". Go through the error several times, it works. Then two factors authentication, despite hitting the button to remember the device. It won't let you write more than one letter for a new providers business name or view what you type in notes until it's submitted. One of the slowest to load apps I've ever had. There's a bit notice not to supply supporting documents unless requested, then the claims are denied for lack of support documents.
