This app is pretty good for being outside their realm, (robot vacs). The problem is the quality of the vacuum. The first was replaced under warranty because the area where it sucks up the dirt was ripping . It was followed by one of its LEDs no longer working causing it to go backwards often and not being able to dock itself correctly. The replacement has had bad wiring to the battery making it look fully charged but instantly died, bad wiring to the brush (brush stuck error)and now LED.

Not sure why Greenworks thinks everything needs to connect to their app in order to work. Especially since EVERY review on here talks about the app not connecting and crashing. I bought a go-kart that can only go 15 mph (advertised 25) because I can't connect it to the app. Was trying to hold out to see if they fixed it, but seeing as some of these reviews go back MONTHS i guess thats a lost hope. What a dumb idea to use an app as a speed switch when they could have just used an actual switch.

first of all the vacuum is great, but the app sucks more than the vacuum. It worked when I first got the vac but stopped working a couple months in and has bot been worked since. I have re-installed it looked for updates everything I can think of and it opens and freezes. I can no longer program my vacuum and it comes on randomly or I have to manually start it. Please fix the app so the Vacuum is programable again.
