Frustrating!!! This new app stinks. Why can't this institution just use common terms. No place to update password. Leaves info out. What is it with the transfer garbage. Why can't they just use "payment". You don't know what you're paying. Do not like this. Actual human beings that work here are very nice. But this company never uses common sense when it comes to their system.

Worst banking app. Can't log in with fingerprint half of the time. Now locked out. Always a struggle. Don't like wasting time on the phone for resets every damn 3 months!
