Ratings and reviews

Not yet ready to rate. Totally frustrated at this moment. My Bills are overdue because I haven't had to worry or think about paper Bills in so long. It has kicked out many of my scheduled bill payments. I have to be extra careful not to confuse my account with my son's account. Could be operator error but I liked the old way better. Much better to navigate through.

Possibly the worst banking app and online banking experience I've ever used. It insists on sending you a code to use that you have to enter within 3-5 mins, but they don't even send you the code until the following day. There's no way to get in and access your own information. There's no point in having an app or an account online if you can't even use it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, because the app is basically non-existent without being able to log in.

Absolutely hate this app. As someone has already mentioned, it doesn't update transactions as fast as these old app did. I have some unexplained fees that I will be calling about. I'm just really starting to hate this credit union, as a whole. It no longer shows previous transactions (prior to the update) on my car loan. I really don't like that at all.
