Ratings and reviews

Possibly the worst banking app and online banking experience I've ever used. It insists on sending you a code to use that you have to enter within 3-5 mins, but they don't even send you the code until the following day. There's no way to get in and access your own information. There's no point in having an app or an account online if you can't even use it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, because the app is basically non-existent without being able to log in.

I have multiple checking accounts. When using mobile deposit, there is nothing to differentiate between the accounts. It just says checking for all of them so I have to guess which one I need. I'm almost always incorrect and have to transfer to the correct account. Please add at least a portion of the account number to the mobile deposit screen.

I've been banking with Greenville FCU since 2019. Never had a problem and they are great at fixing things like charges I don't recognize, etc. Very helpful when I happen to go into the bank for something.
