Ratings and reviews

Greenworks support says they know the current version of the app blocks WiFi scanning for the mower. Mower has issues ever since the last Firmware update where it cannot cut all zones or return to charger on its own. No way to update firmware without WiFi. Spent multiple days and many hours with customer support for them to factory reset my unit, and the issue is not solved meaning now I have no maps, updates, and my unit is fully inoperable after 6 months.

With each update the app seems to be working better. Really simple to add mowing zones. Bluetooth doesn't reconnect properly. Have to forget the device and add it again .

basics are there but absolute trash. why did my mower randomly stop at 87%? who's to say. why cant i auto complete this map? good luckwant to merge smaller mapping areas because the app is trash. Just no. why does it say validate now? check Google. literally everything about this app feels like it was coded over the weekend by 1 person.
