Grex

About this app

Grex is the leadership app for pastoral care with clear data: cells, people, reports, and indicators in one place.

Built for pastors, disciplers, and cell leaders. Follow the flock, record meetings, and make decisions based on what is actually happening in the church.

DASHBOARD
See membership, attendance, cell health, growth, people who left, and birthdays. Filter by leadership, period, and network to view the whole church or a specific cell.

CELLS
Browse, create, and edit cells, see members, follow the host, and find meetings on the map.

PEOPLE
Keep church records up to date: personal data, leadership, Winner Path, support roles, and history. Deactivate or delete records when needed, and grant system access only to leaders.

WEEKLY REPORTS
Record attendance, visitors, offerings, and meeting notes in a few steps. Track what has been submitted and what is still missing.

MONTHLY REPORTS
Update roles, Winner Path, and monthly information so the church keeps accurate data.

CHURCH SETTINGS
Adjust roles and permissions, leaving reasons, Winner Path, growth goals, and organization details — according to each leader’s permissions.
