Ice Fishing: Frozen Lake is a single-player fishing game set on a quiet ice-covered lake. The Ice Fishing experience combines short rounds, simple touch controls, virtual Coins, fish collections and personal records in a colourful winter setting.
Each Ice Fishing round includes five casts. Choose your fishing equipment, select how many virtual Coins to use and lower the line through the ice. Every cast produces a fishing result that may reveal a fish, an unwanted object or an empty line.
The frozen Ice Fishing lake contains several recognisable species, including Minnow, Perch, Golden Pike and Trout. Each fish has its own appearance, point value and place within the fishing collection.
Different Ice fish also have individual Coin multipliers. The virtual Coins selected for a cast are deducted when the fishing line is dropped. A successful catch returns a virtual Coin amount based on the multiplier assigned to that fish. Some Ice Fishing casts return fewer Coins than were used, while others provide no Coin return.
After five casts, the current Ice Fishing round is complete. The accumulated score is added to the virtual Coin balance, while personal records keep track of previous fishing activity.
Fishing equipment provides another part of the Ice lake experience. Players begin with the Basic Hook and can use virtual Coins to unlock the Steady, Lucky and Golden hooks as they continue fishing.
Each Ice Fishing hook has its own properties. Different equipment can affect catch probabilities or Ice fish points according to the values explained in the game guide.
A practice cast is available for learning the Ice Fishing controls. It provides a simple way to see how the fishing line, hook and result screen work before continuing with regular rounds.
The Ice lake also includes a daily bonus wheel. It provides additional virtual Coins for use during future fishing sessions. When an optional video is available, players can choose to watch it to increase the daily virtual Coin bonus.
Ice Fishing includes a local leaderboard populated by 200 computer-generated anglers. The fishing ranking is stored offline and provides a way to compare scores with simulated opponents rather than live players.
Personalisation adds another element to the Ice Fishing profile. Choose an angler name and avatar, adjust the music setting and follow personal fishing records from previous sessions.
Catch statistics keep the Ice fish collection organised. Players can review discovered species, follow their fishing activity and check how their records develop over time.
The Ice Fishing interface keeps the current virtual Coin balance, selected hook, fishing result and remaining casts visible. Straightforward touch controls make it easy to move from one Ice lake cast to the next.
The main fishing rounds work offline. Ice Fishing progress, virtual Coin balance, unlocked hooks, profile information and personal records are stored locally on the device.
Advertisements and optional purchases require an internet connection. The Ice Fishing app contains optional virtual Coin packs and a separate Remove Ads purchase for banner and interstitial advertisements.
Optional videos may remain available for selected Ice Fishing features. Watching these videos is not required for the standard five-cast fishing rounds.
All Coins are virtual game items used exclusively within Ice Fishing. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for real-world currency, goods or prizes.
The Ice Fishing experience is designed around short winter sessions. Players can explore different fishing hooks, discover new Ice fish, build their collection and follow personal records at their own pace.
Ice Fishing brings together five-cast rounds, virtual Coins, fishing equipment, Ice fish collections, daily activities, personal statistics and an offline leaderboard in one mobile game.
