My community forced the switch to this app, and it sucks. After signing in, I immediately started getting emails and texts asking me to create a bunch of accounts with businesses like Lyft to gain points. This is spam/advertisement, and I did not give greystar permission to share my info. I do not want to earn points. I just want to pay my rent, because I have to. Also, me and my Fiancé can no longer split the rent payment through the app. The card processing fee also went from 3$ to 10$.

So sorry the experience has been frustrating for you. The app is meant to make life better and easier for you, but not all the features appeal to everyone. You do have the ability to turn off the notifications about new deals and partnerships. We are continually working on improving the rent payment process with our partner, Bilt.

Does not work. When I enter my phone number, it simply says I already have an account and to return to the Home screen to log in. When i try that, it goes back to the screen to enter my phone number again. One, big, stupid cycle. Emailing resiappsupport got NO response.
