IMPORTANT 1. You need a phone compatible with Android 8.0 (Oreo) or above. 2. The company you work for must be on the greytHR platform for you to access the employee portal through this app. Your HR department will have more information. 3. For user updating from v4.0+ it is recommended to clear the app data and cache for a seamless experience.

I am not getting the app notifications once an employee raises a regularisation/leave requests. The notification comes after one hour in the app and we are unable to follow up and update the attendance. This has been happening for almost one month and we have raised tickets and had calls with the greytHR team ,the issue is yet to be resolved.

Trash 🗑️ The 6.8.13 update is garbage. I’m stuck on the loading screen and can’t even access the homepage. Worse, it demands "Accurate Location" for clocking in/out—something the web version doesn't even need. Even with GPS on, it’s too "dumb" to detect if I’m at home or the office; I still have to select it manually. Why invade my privacy if the app doesn't use the data? Fix the loading loop and stop the intrusive, useless tracking. Total trash! EDIT: I don't care; I can't mail. Do whatever.

I have been facing a continuous issue while trying to log in to the greytHR application. The app takes a very long time to open and most of the time it does not open at all. Because of this, I am often unable to log in or log out on time, which is affecting my daily attendance. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the issue still persists. Kindly check and help resolve this at the earliest.
