This app lets you access your personal employee account on the greytHR Employee Self Service portal, allowing you to get all HR related work done, on the move. Here are some of the important tasks that can be accomplished on the greytHR app.

IMPORTANT
1. You need a phone compatible with Android 8.0 (Oreo) or above.
2. The company you work for must be on the greytHR platform for you to access the employee portal through this app. Your HR department will have more information.
3. For user updating from v4.0+ it is recommended to clear the app data and cache for a seamless experience.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not working properly — there are automatic logout issues. Each time we have to log in again to access the app. There are also sign-in and sign-out issues. If we log in to the app and come back later, it still shows that we are not signed in. This creates a poor user experience as we need to signin again to get the signout option.

I've had a terrible experience with the app. Here are some of the issues I've faced: 1. The app takes an excessively long time to open, often taking over 8-10 minutes on some days and crashes immediately after launching sometimes. 2. I've encountered sign-in issues 1-2 times out of 10, where the status doesn't update and continues to show 'sign in'. 3. The app often fails to detect my office location, marking me as 'out of office' even when I'm physically present, about 4 times out of 10.

Application gets hang sometimes. in morning shift, if we login at 8.00am sometimes it's logged out in between and we need to sign in again or it marks as absent.

What’s new

Gujarati language Support - Added Gujarati as a new language for users to switch languages for a more comfortable experience.

Excel support - Expenses can now be uploaded using excel files on mobile app.
