I've had a terrible experience with the app. Here are some of the issues I've faced: 1. The app takes an excessively long time to open, often taking over 8-10 minutes on some days and crashes immediately after launching sometimes. 2. I've encountered sign-in issues 1-2 times out of 10, where the status doesn't update and continues to show 'sign in'. 3. The app often fails to detect my office location, marking me as 'out of office' even when I'm physically present, about 4 times out of 10.

Very horrible, Time consuming Application The interface feels outdated and not very intuitive, making simple tasks like attendance marking or leave application time-consuming. Some menus are difficult to locate, and navigation requires too many clicks. The check-in/check-out feature is not always accurate, leading to incorrect attendance logs. Customization options for reports, dashboards, and notifications are limited. Important alerts (late marks, leave approval) are not always timely or visi

I login the greythr app one time in my old mobile and now cannot login with my new mobile . it says " looks like you are using a different device . please submit a request to change device ". I submitted the request and nothing happen . this is very annoying . We are giving OTP to login , then why this is needed .I think it's not needed . before we used keke hr app . keka app allows login via different devices with no issues . devs kindly give new update to fix it 🥺
