About this app

Grid is a communication app for labor unions and organizations.

It consolidates communication that was previously scattered across paper handouts, phone calls, and private SNS groups into a single app.

*An account issued by your organization is required to use this app.

■ Notifications
Announcements from your organization will arrive on your home screen. Unread messages are marked, so you won't miss important communications.
Schedule adjustments, voting requests, and replies to applications are also displayed together on your home screen.

■ Chat
You can exchange messages one-on-one or in groups.

- Displays the number of people who have read each message
- Specify recipients with @mentions
- Share images and files
- Search messages

■ Voice Calls
You can select a recipient from the contact list or chat and make a voice call directly. There is no need to exchange personal phone numbers.
- Check your outgoing and incoming call history, and call back from the history
- Notify you of missed incoming calls with a badge and notification

■ Bulletin Board
You can exchange opinions and share information in a thread format across departments and generations. You can easily participate with comments and "likes."
■ Document Room: Organize and publish regulations, meeting materials, and various forms in folders. View them directly within the app.

■ Scheduling & Voting: Schedule meetings and answer surveys instantly from your smartphone.

- Respond with ○, △, or × for each candidate date.
- Voting is as simple as tapping to select.

■ Various Applications & Inquiries: Apply for various services from the provided menu. You will be notified when a reply arrives.

■ Membership List: View a list of members in the same organization and start chats or calls from their profiles.

■ Statement Confirmation: Only the individual can view deduction details such as union dues within the app (depending on the organization's settings).

■ Secure and Safe System:
- Data is managed separately for each organization and is not visible to other organizations.
- Log in with your email address or mobile phone number.
- Display adjusted to your device's font size settings and supports dark mode.

■ For Administrators: Announcements, user and group management can be handled from the administration screen without programming knowledge. For implementation consultations, please contact SolidLink via their website.

What’s new

・「問い合わせ」の名称を「相談・問い合わせ」に改めました。団体の設定によっては、名前を伏せた匿名でも送れるようになりました。
・出欠表の回答状況が画面に収まらないときは、左右にスクロールできることをお知らせし、矢印ボタンで表を動かせるようにしました。
・お問い合わせへの対応のため、お使いのアプリのバージョンを管理者が確認できるようにしました。
・そのほか、細かな改善と不具合の修正を行いました。
