I had installation issues with 25A in-wall. Assumed it was defective, returned and bought a new one, same problem. Finally resolved it by using a different Android device to install. It worked well and I was very happy, but a few months later, the in-wall suddenly lost connectivity, all attempts to reset and reinstall have failed. No other device in my home has issues like this, I own well over 20 smart devices and multiple wifi connected machines. IoT should be super easy and trouble free.

Hi Rob,
Please send us an email at support@connectsense.com if you're still having trouble setting up your in-wall outlet. The outlet's pairing mode times out after 15 minutes, so you probably just need to reset it so that the app can connect.
