Sol Spektrum

GridLights

About this app

Sol Spektrum is the companion app for the Sol Spektrum photonic stimulation device by GridLights — a portable, hexagonal light with 37 high-output LEDs that flicker at precise frequencies up to 50 Hz.

Pair the app with your device over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, then shape the light however you like.

JOURNEYS
Guided light programs that move through brainwave frequency ranges over time — from Delta and Theta up to Alpha, Beta, and Gamma — organized by intent:
• Waking Dreams — drift toward the threshold of sleep and dreams
• Focus — settle into alert, sustained concentration
• Relax — wind down from a busy mind to inner calm
• Sleep — ready your mind for a deep night's rest
• Creativity — open up to new ideas and flow
• High Cognition — sharpen and energize your thinking

Each journey shows its arc through the brainwave bands, so you know exactly where it takes you.

SEQUENCER
Build your own ordered sequences of scenes, each with its own color, brightness, speed, and duration. Save them and play them back any time.

LIVE CONTROL
Adjust frequency, brightness, and color in real time, with an on-screen preview that mirrors the device as it plays.

DEVICE & UPDATES
Manage your Sol Spektrum and install firmware updates over the air, so your light keeps improving.

Sol Spektrum requires the Sol Spektrum hardware device to use. The app is the controller for the light; it does not produce stimulation on its own.

PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING
This device produces flickering and strobing light. Do not use it if you have photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures, and consult a medical professional if you are unsure.
