started at 3 stars, reduced to 2. no lagging or adds or earnings. milestones read like you can earn a lot if you can reach, problem is you must pay in order to reach and don't fall for it you won't reach them, it cost $37.00 in 4 day to reach milestones that never pay. only 8.50 pretending to pay back.....NOPE!!! you must earn a min of 20 to collect payment. second game just didn't track at all. total scam in my opinion and I play alot of these games

I really like this game, more than any other merge game I've played. The problem is TECHNICAL SUPPORT! Many times I've chosen to watch an ad for bonus energy but like 80% there was no reward. I contacted technical support about this but I received a smartass response telling me to check my internet connection and restart the app. WHAT?! I responded to that, telling them their response was insulting and petty and I've never heard back from them.

Can't buy anything, it charges you but doesn't give you the purchase, Support tells you to get a refund through the Play Store but it doesn't show up there. Trying to use the pay through GPay button is unresponsive, forcing you to enter your card info. The first time this happened to me and Support gave me that response, I replied that I did not want a refund I wanted my purchase, and my reply did not receive any further action for over a week when someone gave me credit but it happened again.
