eHotel Grinpass is the access app for guests of hotels and vacation rentals managed with Grinpass. Open your accommodation door directly from your mobile phone with your booking code: no need to collect keys, go to reception, or wait.

Designed especially for emergency access. When the building's gateway or internet connection fails, eHotel unlocks the door directly via Bluetooth from your phone, so you're never locked out.

HOW IT WORKS
- Enter your booking code (sent by the host in the access link).

- Hold your phone near the lock, within one meter, and tap to unlock via Bluetooth.

- No internet? Scan the QR code displayed on the host's panel for access.

FEATURES
- Direct Bluetooth (BLE) opening between your phone and the lock, independent of the building's connection.

- Emergency mode for when the gateway or internet is unavailable.

- Offline access via QR code. - Valid only during your booking dates.

- Compatible with apartment doors, gates, and garages equipped with Grinpass.

eHotel Grinpass doesn't use physical keys: your access is your booking. Simple, secure, and always available.

This app is a complement to the Grinpass/eHotel system for properties managed with that platform.
