About this app

The application is designed for fast processing of documents by scanning the barcode of goods and exchange with the main accounting system.

The main task of the GrisScan application is to increase the speed and quality of processing warehouse documents of any kind. These goals are achieved by using barcode scanners and minimizing user errors.

The application is suitable for any business operating in the field of wholesale or retail trade, production, delivery of goods or other activities using barcodes of goods and / or documents.

Integration with your accounting system

The application is compatible with any accounting system. The implementation of the basic functionality in 1C 8.x is done by connecting the service processing. The basic functionality includes unloading goods into GrisScan and uploading documents to the US. Expansion of functionality is possible by writing exchange processing for the client's accounting system. The exchange is done via POST and GET requests to the exchange URL. The data is transferred in XML format. The exchange instructions are located at https://scan.gris-soft.com/docs/

Main functions of the application:

  the application automatically sums up the total quantity of goods, you just need to scan the barcodes of the goods
  
• • registration of sales and return of goods
  make a sale directly from the device, the document will be imported into the US for subsequent printing of documents and payment for the purchase
  
• • document reconciliation
  control the delivery of goods by unloading the order to the supplier in GrisScan with subsequent import into the accounting system of the exact list of goods that was delivered to you
  
• • order assembly
  collect the buyer's order, mark missing items, add new items to the document
  
• • input of dimensions and weight
  before sending an already assembled order, enter the dimensions of the shipped cargo and its weight, it is possible to split the cargo into several parcels and enter data for each parcel separately
  
• • choice of client, executor in documents
  carry out an inventory at the client, indicate the contractor (collector responsible for the inventory)
  
• • sound notification
  when processing a document unloaded from the DC, you do not have to constantly look at the device! the application will notify you when the document is completed, the required amount of the collected goods is reached, the goods are not in the document
  

Connected equipment

The application can work with external barcode scanners or use the device's built-in camera to scan the barcode of a product. Connection is possible via interfaces:
