Welcome to the Grievance Redressal Mechanism related to solid waste management activities. It is a platform created to understand and redress complaints and concerns related to waste management practices. Here we facilitate reporting of matters such as improper solid waste disposal, collection delay, pollution or other related issues. The system offers various channels for the public to submit complaints: mobile and web applications, a toll-free number, direct submission to local self-governing bodies, and email. Public complaints are tracked, addressed promptly, and followed up by relevant authorities for continuous improvement.
