Great service especially during quarantine! We are in lockdown and I needed to do a bigger shopping trip than I thought Glovo could handle. I tried shopping on the Carrefour app. When it generates a "Technical error" for 2 days in a row, I decided to try Grocerypik - I'm glad I did! The app is easy, and their call center called me personally to check on a couple of items that were out of stock. The rider arrived within 2hrs of my ordering. Love the crates as well, very eco friendly!

The app is fairly okay in its interface. Yet, there's room for improvement. Chandarana should put up images of actual goods. Several item names did not match actual item displayed/delivered. Lastly I suggest clients to avoid ordering fragile goods like eggs. I ordered a small pack of eggs and about half arrived cracked. I realize way after the rider had left 😔.

Overall its a nice app although was disappointed with the last order, after they send me the total bill upon check out; the delivery guy came with an extra bill saying there was a mistake in calculation. Another thing am trying to edit my personal contact but there is no option for that
