Ratings and reviews

So far my experience has been good. Minor inconveniences happen with delivery, but get good response from customer support. They can add one feature to the app for adding extra items after payment. Maybe they could keep a time window for adding items to your already checked out order. It will be helpful because a lot of times we forget small items and don't want to create a new order.

Absolutely pathetic service. No option to change, add/edit, cancel any item even after 2 seconds of placing the order. Upon talking to the customer care they are bloody helpless and can't do anything then just reading script. Not sure why do they at all exist and company is paying them for free without making any difference. The app, its functions and the service of the staffs all are pathetic, worse, unprofessional.

Useless app. The store packs any random cheap product and it is so hard to get a refund. The way they scam is place a replacement order and then cancel that. This order is then cancelled and the app does not let you initiate support for that replacement order. So you lose that money. Total service cost is around 46 rupees (16+30 surge fee most of the time). Kindly stay away, use big basket instant instead. Both deliver in around 30mins nowadays.
