About this app

GROHE + is the new service program for installers. The GROHE + app connects you as an installer with the most important services and information with just one click. Information, technical details, installation videos, spare part information or BIM data can be found easily by scanning the GROHE product code on the package or typing in the serial number.
This will prevent you from searching required information on various places. In case, some relevant information is missing, the customer service is also just one click away out of the app. Even trainings and events can be booked and managed out of the app. Depending on your status within the program, you will even be enabled to donate warranty extension to your customers or get connected with new customer projects from the GROHE website.

The app is easy to use and focusses on the daily life requests of an installer. The following functions are available for you:
