About this app

Stop zig-zagging across town. GroomPin is scheduling for mobile dog and cat groomers that only offers appointment times that fit your driving route.

🚐 BOOKS AROUND YOUR ROUTE
GroomPin counts the drive between stops, your cleanup time after each pet and the trip home, and shows which open time fits your day best.

🗺️ YOUR RULES
• Set your home base and the longest drive between stops
• Limit how far out of your way one booking can take you
• Work different towns, ZIP codes or postcodes on different days

📅 ONLINE BOOKING (ALL-IN-ONE)
• Share a booking link on Instagram, Facebook, Google and in texts, or add the booking form to your own website
• Customers see only times when you're nearby, pick services and extras, and add care notes and photos
• Attach your cancellation policy to every confirmation

✉️ AUTOMATIC CUSTOMER EMAILS
Customers never need an app or an account. They get a confirmation with a link to change or cancel, a reminder the evening before, and "On my way" and "Your pet is ready" messages you send in one tap.

👥 UNLIMITED TEAM MEMBERS
Invite your groomers and bathers with a code. Everyone shares one schedule at no extra cost.

⭐ KNOW YOUR CLIENTS
Visit history, care notes and photos for every pet. GroomPin spots your regulars and can give them a discount automatically.

📲 CALENDAR SYNC
Appointments sync to Google Calendar or Samsung Calendar on your phone.

📥 SWITCHING APPS? (BETA)
Import clients and pets from a spreadsheet, or clients and visits from your phone's calendar. Review everything before it's saved, and undo an import for 24 hours.

🧭 OPTIMIZE MY DAY (ADD-ON)
Finds the stop order with the least driving. Customers are asked by email before their time changes, and nothing moves until you tap Apply.
