New app UI is bad, it used to be better where we had the wizard thing and we were able to search how to dispose of certain items and also showed more information about our garbage day. Now the only thing that shows is the Holidays where collection is being delayed. Need the old app again.

Does not put an icon on your smartphone after downloading. If you query what itemd can be recycled, the list is very inadequate and and not typical questions of home concern. Plus most aggravating is that some answers as to what can be recycled, the answers on this app are totally at odds as to what info can be found on their website as what can or should be recycled. Bottom line...this app is a waste of time !!

App is horrible. Notifications never come through. Even after going through the troubleshooting steps. They may come through once or twice and then stop again. There is no way to go into the all to check if the service will be delayed. I'm done with this app.
