not the biggest fan. The GPS never works so you have no idea where the driver is. The first time I tried calling the driver multiple times and it wouldn't connect so I had to call the customer service first. tried the app again and same thing, no GPS. And it doesn't matter how many times you put in your flight information, they don't adjust based on your flight. You have to go in and manually change things every time and now I'm going to be arriving 30 minutes with no ride.

I was using Groundlink before and it was wonderful,however I didn't get the notification all of my info/account was moving to this app and now I can't open this app at all. Update: just tried to create my account with this company,via the app and the website and the app froze and the website crashed. I'm going to have to find another car service😐

I don't know why anyone suggested this company to me. I can't sign in to the app on the account I created, despite a password reset (can log in on computer though). The website won't complete my booking and the app won't let me login so I guess they don't want my business. Massive waste of time.
