Ratings and reviews

App crashes when booking a reservation. It lets me enter pickup date, time, pickup location, and drop-off location. It crashes right after entering the airport destination info.

I have used Shuttle Express every single time I need to be picked up or dropped off from SeaTac. I like Shuttle Express a lot. This app, however, will be wonderful once it's usable, which at this point in time it is not.

I'd offer negative stars if that was an option. You get a verification code emailed but totally no way to use it. Can't track or book a ride. Waste of space. Should be deleted.
