GroundWorks is a field operations mobile app built for construction crews and site supervisors. It centralizes the day-to-day documentation required to keep projects on track, compliant, and well-documented — all from a mobile device in the field.

Daily Logs
Create and submit structured daily reports for each project. Log weather conditions, work delays, material deliveries, notes, equipment usage, on-site personnel attendance, and attach photos — all in one place.

Safety Documentation
Complete and submit required safety records directly from the field:

Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) — document hazards and controls before work begins
Equipment Inspections — run pre-use safety checklists for construction equipment
Toolbox Talks — record and capture signatures for daily safety briefings
Crew Timecards
Supervisors can manually log crew hours against project cost codes, providing accurate labor data for payroll and project cost tracking.

Receipt Management
Capture photos of field receipts and code them to the appropriate project, keeping expense records organized without paper.

All data is entered manually by authorized users and synced securely to your organization's account. GroundWorks does not collect device location, run in the background, or track individuals in any way.

Requirements

Internet connection: required to sync records with your organization's database
Camera: used for attaching photos to daily logs and capturing receipt images
