Groundy is a land information management platform that uses the electronic data of accurate "Registry Office Maps" (Article 14 Maps) provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau. Highly accurate maps allow you to see the exact boundaries of your land anytime, anywhere.

With Groundy, anyone can easily manage land information.

Maps can be displayed in 3D, so even beginners can intuitively check the topography and boundaries of the land without requiring any specialized knowledge.

The first step is to provide a service that can revolutionize analog work in the forestry industry.

■You can check accurate boundary lines (*1) and lot numbers anytime, anywhere.

The electronic data of the map provided by the registry office (Article 14 map) provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau is displayed on the map, allowing you to check the exact boundaries. Lot number information is displayed within the boundary area, and you can confirm the lot number within the app. Furthermore, it can be used 24 hours a day, eliminating the need for the time and expense of going to a government office to pick up a map.

■Easily search by lot number, building name, etc.

It has an easy-to-use search function that allows you to quickly find the land you are looking for in a variety of ways. When you search by entering a lot number or place name, the location of that lot number will be immediately displayed on the map. You can also search for surrounding land by landmark building name or facility name.

■Groundy Drive function (unique function of this service)

This function allows you to create and manage map lot number information as folders and files.
You will be able to link necessary information such as notes and photos to the lot number information and maps you have created, allowing you to easily manage them.

■A function that automatically generates the required number of seedlings and planting location (patent pending)

Reforestation points can be automatically generated for each lot number.
The number of seedlings is calculated from the number of points automatically calculated for each 2m radius of the seedlings, and you can know in advance the number of seedlings you need. Furthermore, since each tree-planting point has latitude and longitude information, it is possible to pinpoint the location of the tree-planted area when planting seedlings or mowing the underbrush.
