389 BarKeep is the mobile companion for bars running 389 BarKeep.
Staff can sell drinks, open and close tabs, check counter stock, view their sales and bills, and stay productive even when the connection drops. When back online, sales sync to the bar's BarKeep account.
What you can do: open tabs and add items as guests order; take pay-now or pay-later sales (where credit is allowed); accept OneKhusa payments where your bar has them enabled; view receipts and bills, print, and share via WhatsApp; check stock at your counter and request stock; managers and owners can open the full BarKeep dashboard in-app.
Who it's for: authorised bar staff, managers, and owners. A 389 BarKeep account from your organisation is required to sign in. This is not a consumer shopping app.
