This "Booklet Pain" was developed at the initiative of the Central Committee for the Fight against Pain and Palliative Care (CLUD-SP) of the AP-HP (Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris) to contribute to the training of professionals in health in the management of pain. It was written by specialists from different French regions.
With the application "Booklet Pain", learn about the different types of pain, painful conditions such as cancer pain or musculoskeletal pain, do you train for the prevention of healthcare-associated pain, learn how to use techniques non-medicated analgesics.
This application will also allow you to find the best pain assessment for your patient, assess the pain of your older patients with automated scales and adjust the treatment in the management of pain of your sick .
Have on hand a table of automatic conversion factors of major opioids that will give you the equivalence of oral morphine dose facilitating you manage for example post-operative pain or emergencies.
