app is very inaccurate. Searching for something, and even if I put in my location, and choose the option within 10 miles. it is giving me places that are 30 to 200 miles away. I live in a very large city with several large cities around, it's not as if I'm in the middle of nowhere and these are the closest places. I have only had the app for about a month, but this keeps happening over and over, I'm getting tired of it! search for Starbucks and results showed AARP and a hotel offer 🤪

I only use Groupon once in a while, but when I do, it always comes in clutch with awesome deals! If only I were more of the planning type.. Some spots (usually rentals or trips) have a 24-hour waiting period before you can redeem your voucher, so definitely check the terms if you're hoping to use it right away. Most local things, like food or shows, are good for same-day use. Although, most vouchers I've seen don't expire for at least one to three months. Perfect for my spontaneous self😁

The deals are sometimes not any better than the company offers directly. Sometimes they are, but you can't add anything to what you purchase from Groupon. But, my biggest complaint is not being able to contact Customer Service directly. You send an email and wait 24 hrs (sometimes longer) for a response. So, if you have a question about a deal that is only valid for 23 hours, you may miss out.
