BharaKhata is a Bangla-first rent management app made for landlords, tenants, and caretakers in Bangladesh. If you're tired of the paper khata and a phone gallery full of bKash screenshots, this app puts everything in one shared record both sides can see.

Buildings and units
- Add your buildings, floors, and units

- Keep unit details in one place: rent, utilities, deposit, lease dates

Leases and tenants
- Create a lease linking a tenant to a unit
- Verify tenant identity with NID-based KYC during onboarding
- Store lease PDFs and other documents alongside the lease

Rent and invoices
- Monthly rent invoices generated for you
- Add utilities, service charges, and other line items
- Reminders go out by SMS and push notification

Payments and proofs
- Tenants upload bKash, bank, or cash payment proofs
- Landlords confirm receipt, so both sides see the same ledger
- Full payment history per tenant, per unit, per building

Expenses and maintenance
- Log building expenses by category
- Tenants report issues with photos
- Caretakers update status until the issue is resolved

Landlord and tenant chat

What’s new

Fixes a problem where screens could open blank after unlocking with your PIN — photo and video upload, signature, and Settings all work properly again.
New: Text size control in Settings. Make text bigger or smaller, and large text no longer breaks the layout.
Issue categories now show their icons again.
