Grub24 Orders is the order manager for restaurants and takeaways on Grub24. Every online order, table booking and menu change, on one tablet or phone behind the counter.

Built for a busy kitchen: big buttons, clear colours, and an alarm you can hear over the fryers.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
• New orders take over the screen with a loud alarm until someone answers
• Accept in one tap and set when it'll be ready
• Reject with a reason, and add a note for the customer
• See every order's status at a glance: new, preparing, ready or late
• The screen stays awake during service

PRINT KITCHEN TICKETS
• Tickets print automatically when you accept an order
• Works with the built-in printer on Sunmi devices
• Also works with Bluetooth, network (Wi-Fi or cable) and USB receipt printers, on 58mm and 80mm paper
• Clear tickets: big order number, ready-by time, items with every extra, and cash to collect in a black band
• Print 1 or 2 copies, and reprint any order

KNOW WHO'S ORDERING
• First-time and unverified customers are flagged, so you can call before cooking
• Customer phone number, delivery address or table on every order

TABLE BOOKINGS
• Confirm or decline booking requests
• Handle cancellation requests from guests
• Print booking slips

RUN YOUR MENU
• Turn off anything you've run out of, for today or until you turn it back on
• Meal deals that include the item are handled for you

CONTROL YOUR STORE
• Pause new orders for 15, 30 or 60 minutes when the kitchen is full
• Close for today, or until you reopen for holidays
• Orders already placed carry on as normal

REPORTS
• Live sales report for the day
• End-of-day report with cash to count, sales by payment and service, fees, tips and discounts
• Print reports for your records
