slow app. update has not helped with connection of any devices. have to wait for it to scan all devices before selecting scan using IR..

connects via Bluetooth not WiFi. pump doesn't stay connected to app. reconnecting takes several attempts. any real change needs to go through guided set up. hard to understand some of the "features". just a really bad app.

unable to connect phone to dongle as it says the app is required. I've got the app which is what I'm using to make the connection. Have spent much time with Grundfoss technical trying to get the thing working but it even defeated them. A very expensive bit of kit that doesn't work. I expect better from Grundfoss who claim to be leaders in pump technology
