if connection with product is lost, the data is gone with it too. importing data/trends in pdf instead of spreadsheet would be better could as well.

It never conecct to the phone by the app, I did installed 4 pump and it was the same problem, I recommend just leaving on by manually.

unable to connect phone to dongle as it says the app is required. I've got the app which is what I'm using to make the connection. Have spent much time with Grundfoss technical trying to get the thing working but it even defeated them. A very expensive bit of kit that doesn't work. I expect better from Grundfoss who claim to be leaders in pump technology
