About this app

At OEF GUT you will find useful, up-to-date and quality teaching materials that will help you in your preparation for the Tarragona City Police examinations. Specifically, we provide you with tests to test yourself, mock exams, exam models from recent years, and personalized study tips according to your performance when taking the tests.

> What is the goal of this APP?
The goal we seek with this application is to provide you with tools that facilitate your study task and the assimilation of content. For this reason, we have designed a very visual environment, which facilitates retention. In addition, in the "History and tips" section you will be able to see your history (tests taken, grades you have obtained, questions you have failed), detect your areas of improvement and, following the indications that we give you in the "Tips" section, be aware of how you should work.

> How is this APP organized?
You will see that we have divided the application into positions (agent, mobility agent, corporal, sergeant...) and, each of them, into modules.
Within each Module is where the study materials are.

> How can I have the tests?
This is a payment app through recurring subscriptions.
In order to have access to its resources, you must subscribe and pay the corresponding amount each period (each month, each quarter, each semester or each year).
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email, which will indicate: which module/s you have subscribed to, amount paid, next renewal (next charge), maximum date to unsubscribe if you do not want to be charged the next fee...

> How much will I have to pay?
Our mobile application is a subscription application, in which periodic charges will be made until you unsubscribe.
If you choose the monthly plan, you will be automatically charged every month until you cancel.
If you choose the quarterly plan, you will be automatically charged every 3 months until you cancel.
If you choose the semi-annual plan, you will be automatically charged every 6 months until you cancel.
If you choose the annual plan, you will be automatically charged every year until you cancel.

> Do I have to wait until the 1st to enroll?
No. You can enroll whenever you want.
Billing periods do not correspond to months / quarters / semesters / calendar years; therefore, you do not need to wait until the 1st of the month to enroll.
In other words, if you enroll on the 14th of a month, and choose a monthly subscription, the billing period will run from the 14th of the current month to the 13th of the following month.

> How do I unsubscribe?
You must cancel yourself; we cannot do it.
Android: you must do it in our app, in the left menu, in the “Subscriptions” section, click "Cancel subscription".
iOS: in your own mobile, in “Settings”, in the “Subscriptions” section, click "Cancel subscription". More info.
When you have done so, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have successfully canceled.
Make sure to keep in mind the maximum dates for canceling if you do not want to miss the next installment (we specifically indicate them in the purchase email and in the periodic renewal emails); it is always 48 hours before the end of access.
