Ratings and reviews

This app is not user friendly for non-Spanish speaking/reading clients. Yes you can change the language to English, but as soon as you need help through Conecta chat function everything is in Spanish. Also, finding fiscal information seems impossible. I cannot use a "search" using a "magnifying glass" in the app to find what I need. The info from help desk does not cover my problem. And 1 more thing, when you click on Personal Details, the app connects you to Personal Data Processing!!

Terrible bank and application, you open an account with them, you put some money in it, then they randomly close it, with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. I had about 100 euros in my account, which I no longer have access to, they practically stole it, as they said nothing about how I could obtain my money. Not to mention that the application was also very unstable, constantly crashing on one of my devices. Definitely don't use this application if you want a good and reliable bank.

Never had a problem with this app and once the phone sign has been set up it's simple and easy to use. However, trying to log on to electronic banking on my laptop very rarely works a bit annoying but I can do everything I need to on the app. The downside is the speed at which it updates your account after using it for on-line purchases.
