Conecta is the official platform of the Conecta Group for integrated management of educational institutions — schools, daycare centers, and training centers. It brings together in a single application electronic time and attendance control in accordance with MTP Ordinance No. 671/2021, institutional communication with families and employees, and complete staff management, focusing on legal compliance, data security (LGPD), and ease of use in daily operations.

Electronic Time and Attendance (REP-P): 100% digital time and attendance record, with GPS validation within the unit's virtual perimeter (300m geofencing), date/time stamp, digitally signed receipt (PAdES/CAdES), and SHA-256 integrity hash. Allows users to consult history, view time and attendance records in the Dimep standard, request adjustments, register medical certificates, and track time bank and vacation balances (CLT). Generates AFD/AEJ tax files required by labor inspectors and offers GPS auditing for managers.

Institutional Communication: Centralized service center integrated with the school's WhatsApp, with automatic message classification by artificial intelligence, forwarding to the correct department (Secretariat, Pedagogical, Financial, Management, Coordination) and immutable conversation history. Sending mass announcements, logging of incoming calls and transcription of audios to expedite service to parents/guardians.

Employee Management: Complete employee registration with hierarchical profiles (Management, Coordination, Secretariat, Pedagogical, Financial, Employee), individualized contractual schedules, vacation management according to the CLT (Brazilian Labor Law), performance control, administrative adjustments with attachments and email invitations for new employees.

Drive Connect: Storage of institutional documents with permission control by position/department, optional integration with OneDrive, recycle bin with configurable retention and automatic backup.

Security and Compliance: Multi-tenant architecture with complete isolation between units, Row-Level Security on all tables, encryption in transit and at rest, email and password authentication, audit log of logins and sensitive operations. Fully compliant with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law): student, guardian, and employee data is accessible only to authorized users within the institution.
