Online sales platform, whose objective is to facilitate our families the purchase of material, textbooks and uniforms, as well as the management of extracurricular activities in the eight schools of the Educare Group: Colegio Parque, Colegio Peñalar, Colegio Montesclaros, Colegio Valdefuentes , Colegio Antamira, Colegio Torrevilano, Colegio Peñalvento and Antanes School.
This online sales portal is organized into 4 large areas:
Books and digital licenses. Textbooks and access credentials to consult its digital version. The parents of each student will have individual access per mother / father from which they can review the list of products that correspond to their children and manage which ones have already been purchased. Once the order is placed, the suppliers will take care of its preparation and shipment.
With each book purchased, the system automatically assigns the student the license credential to access the digital version, which can be viewed on the Alexia Classroom platform.
School supplies. Organized in packs that can be purchased with an order
minimum, as well as the sale of additional material throughout the year.
Uniforms Sale without stock with generation of order to the supplier and management of the local stock of the school store. Online orders will be received directly by the supplier, who will take care of their preparation and shipment.
For reverse logistics, in the face of a return or exchange, several scenarios can be considered, ranging from delivery in a physical store and shipment to the supplier by packages or collection at the customer's home.
Extracurricular activities. The platform also allows a complete management of the extracurricular activities of the eight centers of the Educare Group, from which families can review the available offer and sign up for the activities at the times that suit them, as well as make the changes allowed according to the conditions of each activity.
