WHO IS IT FOR?
This app is exclusively for certified technicians assigned by DETEC to perform preventive and corrective maintenance visits at customer branches.
MAIN FEATURES
• Assigned Reports — Instantly view all your scheduled maintenance tasks, organized by customer and branch.
• Inspection by Area and Equipment — Navigate through the different areas of each facility and access the list of equipment to be inspected in each one.
• Measurement Forms — Record technical measurements with multiple capture formats: numerical values, defined ranges, multiple-choice options, and Yes/No responses.
• Photographic Evidence — Take photos directly from the camera or attach images from the gallery as visual evidence of each inspection.
• Observations — Add detailed technical notes to each piece of inspected equipment.
• Time Tracking — The app automatically records the time spent on each piece of equipment, without technician intervention.
OFFLINE WORK
GCM works even without a signal. You can capture measurements, photos, and observations in the field, and the app will automatically sync them with the server as soon as you regain connectivity. You'll never lose information due to lack of internet access.
SMART SYNC
When connected to Wi-Fi, the app downloads all your assigned report data in the background to ensure full availability during your visit.
SECURE ACCESS
Access requires credentials authorized by DETEC. The session is securely maintained on the device.
