The most horrible I've ever used. I've their account before this app was made. Therefore I don't have password to login. I attempted to reset the password but I couldn't. They always ask me to contact them via phone to reset password after I provided them my phone number. When I called them, no one took the call. So I come to one of the store to seek for help. The result is 3 times out of 3 times, they deman me to make a phone call because it is not their duty! I'll never use their sevice again!

I cannot even register an account using my own cellphone number. The system keeps telling that my number is already used though it has not yet been signed up. However, I am trying to get back my password (supposing I have got an account before) using password reset function but it seems to be not working properly by responding with unexpected errors.

It's ok most of the time, but I have trouble with updating the app. I got the noti telling me to update it for a month already, but whenever I click on it, there's no button for me to update. So now I have to reinstall it. Another time, it just logged me out right before I checked out, and I could not log in again with MY OWN phone number! It said that this phone number had already been used. I could only logged in again after I already checked out without earning any reward points!
