바로주유 등록창이 온통 새하얀색이라 눈이 엄청 피로,결국 카드등록 포기함, 그앞 단계에 본인인증시 PASS사용하면 다응단계로 안넘어가짐,

현대 M포인트 차감을 항상하는데 이걸로하니 포인트차감이 안되네요. 카드포인트사용은 바로주유시 안되나요? 그리고 포인트 차감이 되면서 5만원 넣어도 4만9천원으로 결제되니 쿠폰은 안들어오네요. 알았더라면 5만천원 넣었을텐데.

안녕하세요 에너지플러스 앱 입니다. 에너지플러스 바로주유 서비스는 결제 기능 자체만 제공 되므로 카드사 포인트 사용은 어렵습니다. 번거로우시겠지만 카드사 포인트 사용을 원하시는 경우 바로주유가 아닌 일반 결제로 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 카드사 포인트 사용 건에 대해서는 추후 서비스 안정화 시 고객님들의 니즈를 반영하여 앱 개선 및 서비스 개선이 될 수 있도록 검토하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
