samsung user. installed app. logged in with Google account. app sat there and spun. closed it. went to settings to force stop. I did not clear storage, only force stop. reopened app and it immediately logged me in. app acted really sluggish. in the app, go to settings and if you just got the camera system, there should be a firmware update available. once I did the firmware, there was only like a 2 second lag to my phone. hope this helps anyone having trouble with theirs.

App will not load up after a reinstall. Worked fine before that. I added a second camera and that's when the problem started. I have went through the process of reinstalling seven times. Will try to install on tablet instead of Cricket android mobile phone.

it will not fully download did a factory reset on my phone put everything in the cloud so you want lose it and then load the app it worked for me
