About this app

TaskFlow is your task manager: organize what you need to do, prioritize it, and track your progress with a visual Kanban board. Use it just for yourself, without accounts or ads, and with your data on your device, or create a team and share tasks with others in real time, with just a password.

Create tasks with priority, target date, and category. Create your own categories and choose the color of each card.

Share your tasks and categories with others in real time, using only a key. No need to create accounts: create a team or join with the key provided, and you can switch teams or leave whenever you want. Anyone with the key can view and edit team tasks, so only share it with trusted individuals.

🔒 PRIVACY
No accounts or ads. Your data is stored only on your device, unless you activate team mode; in that case, team data (tasks, categories, and names) is stored on Google servers in the European Union, and you can delete it at any time from within the app.
