About this app

■ Key Features
- Open Lobby Door: Approach the lobby door with your phone and the door will automatically open.
- Call Elevator: Call the elevator as soon as the lobby door opens (only available in complexes that support this feature).
- Parking Lot Emergency Call: Click to ring the nearest emergency bell in the parking lot to alert you of an emergency.
- Current Parking Location: Register and search your parking location based on the parking lot pillar number.

■ Notes
- You must log in to Zai Home Pass using your Zai Home ID and password.
- To use Zai Home Pass, you must install the app on Android 10.0 or higher.
- If you encounter any issues while using Zai Home Pass, please contact Customer Service at 1670-1755 (Weekdays 09:00-17:30).

■ Service Available Complexes
- Available for Zai Home starting December 2024 (some complexes excluded). For other complexes, please provide the “Zaipass” app along with the “GS SPACE” app.
