• Structured Audits (Sub-Zonal Heads):
Conduct daily floor inspections using a dedicated digital 6S checklist. Track completion progress in real-time, generate compliance scores, and log issues immediately.

• Streamlined Issue Resolution:
Sub-Zonal Heads can view pending complaints for their specific floors, record actions taken, upload photographic proof of resolution, and close tickets efficiently.

• Zonal Dashboards & Analytics (Admins & Zonal Heads):
Monitor real-time compliance metrics across all campus zones. View breakdown charts for each of the 6S criteria, post announcements, publish critical advisories, and coordinate swift resolutions.
