About this app

Kargo is Nicaragua's home delivery platform. We connect local businesses that need to ship their products with Kargo Dealers ready to deliver them right to the customer's door.

Always, Wherever You Say.

FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Sell without worrying about delivery. Post the order and a nearby Kargo Dealer will pick it up in minutes.

• Create an order in less than a minute: product, price, customer, and location.

• Mark the delivery point however is most convenient for you: search for the address, paste a Google Maps link, or enter the coordinates.

• Know the shipping cost before creating the order with the integrated shipping calculator.

• Share the delivery code with your customer via WhatsApp with just one tap.

• Track your Kargo Dealer on the map while they deliver the order.

• Check your sales history by day, week, or month.

FOR KARGO DEALERS

Work when you want, with clear rules.

• Activate or deactivate your availability as needed. No one assigns you work if you're not operating.

• Fair distribution: requests are handled in order of arrival, with no one choosing the best ones.

• Check your balance at any time and request top-ups directly from the app.

• Open the business or customer location on the map with a tap.

• Review your delivery history and earnings for each period.

SAFE DELIVERIES FOR EVERYONE

Each delivery is validated with two codes:

• The pickup code, which the Kargo Dealer presents to the business to prove they are the one who should receive the product.

• The delivery code, which the customer gives to the Kargo Dealer only after they have received their order.

This way, each step is confirmed by both parties, not just one.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

The cost of each shipment is automatically calculated based on the distance traveled and the product's value. You can check it before creating the order to know exactly how much your customer will pay.
