About this app

Gtasker is a task management tool for teams and organizations. create tasks,
assign them to the right people, follow the progress, and confirm the work when
it is finished — all in one place.

Whether you run a small team or a company with several departments, Gtasker
keeps everyone's work visible and organized.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Create and assign tasks. Add a title, description, deadline and files, then
assign the task to a colleague.
• Track progress on a board. See everything as a Kanban board or a simple list,
and move tasks between statuses by dragging them.
• Confirm completed work. When a task is marked done, it comes back for
confirmation — accept it, or return it with a comment explaining what is missing.
• Organize your team. Build your company structure with departments and
employees, and change it whenever the team changes.
• Discuss in context. Comment on any task and attach photos, videos and
documents, so the whole conversation stays with the work.
• Stay up to date. Get a notification when a task is assigned to you, updated,
completed or approved, and a reminder before a deadline.
• Keep the full history. Every change is recorded, and you can export it
history to Excel whenever you need a report.
• Work in your language. Full Georgian, English and Russian interface.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Build your team. Add departments and employees to your organization. Each
person receives an invitation link and sets their own password.
2. Assign the work. Create a task, set a deadline, attach the files that are
needed, and choose who is responsible.
3. Track and confirm. Follow progress on the board, confirm the result when it
is done, and keep a clear record of what happened.
