On-Site Fueling System/Mobile
* Streamline on-site fueling with all customer truck scanning/identification and fuel flow valve control performed by the fueling operator via a hand-held Android mobile device.
* Environment: mobile, on-site fleet fueling. Customer's driver arrives on-site, with a fuel truck, at a "trucking company" and proceeds to fuel-up each truck in the yard so that trucks are fueled and ready-to-go when the drivers arrive at work
* Fueling Drivers: equipped with a low-end Android phone with a native Android application written by GTG. Application allows driver to log-in/log-out, record fuel purchases, and fuel a "yard full" of customer trucks. Each truck has a barcode (installed by customer) which is scanned prior to fueling. Application communicates/authenticates with home-office server to ensure correct billing & tracking. Android application also uses phone's GPS to track/record all driver movements through entire driver shift & fueling activity.
* Fueling Truck: equipped with an on-board "controller PC" that communicates with driver's Android application and home-office server to ensure proper "valve open/close" (MID:COM eCount MCR-05) timing and accurate fuel dispensed tracking. On-board mini-PC also has GPS equipment to track/record all truck movements through entire driver shift & fueling activity.
* Back-Office Server: Windows Server with SQL Server. Tracks and coordinates all driver & truck activities (including GPS data) and stores fueling data for subsequent billing and EPA reporting. Home-office server also provides management with real-time email reporting to track all driver/truck/fueling activity as it occurs in the field.
