I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. There was no follow-up from GTPL, making it clear that customer satisfaction isn't their priority. Despite GTPL's promising interne

GTPL broadband internet Connection is one of the worst internet connection service. Ones you buy plan then after forgot your money.. you always face connectivity issue and speed issue.you needs to contact local operator by message because they not receive call..There are lots of things to say but in single line don't purchase GTPL broadband service.

I have GTPL broadband service and I truly appreciate the speed and the service they provide. I firmly used their services near about 3 years and hardly I got an issue. Just had 2 3 issues in this span. I always get fast internet and fast service. I truly recommend others to go with this company. Pros are 1. Free setup 2. Free router 3. Fast service 4. Fast internet speed 💯
