Today i am downloaded this app but this app is not working Its showing upload the passport front copy but button is not working so I am unable to send my money through this app My shipmoney is not working Until its show money transfer First they sent me 6 digit code and i enter and moved forward Money transfer through Western union and moved forward and show transfer money and stoped not moving forward last one week I'm trying

App interface is good. Having issue with mobile topup. Can't change operator of sim card while trying to topup.

One of the worst customer support i have ever been into, from past 15 day I'm trying to reach out to shipmoney but no response. Issue was about transaction error and transaction failed, though money got deducted from my account and never got it back. Been trying to reach out to customer support but seems they are least bothered. Very disappointing.
