whatever marketing genius or web designer came up with this new app SHOULD BE FIRED!!! this is a ridiculous app design, less informative about the property, more difficult to navigate, frustrating enough to delete from my phone you should have kept the older version in short DON'T FIX IT IF IT ISN'T BROKEN!!. The older version was simple informative easy to navigate beautifully designed without being obtrusive, Sotheby you really need to think about potential clients, not what's sleek and modern.

When I would insert my filters like beds, baths, price, lifestyle, etc, it would always crash. Even if I closed the app and opened it again, it wouldn't work. It was also very slow when I would press things and the screen was a bit jumpy when things were loading. No need to get this, just use the website because its the same experience. I downloaded this app because I thought it would run smoother than the website, but thats not true. Use something else

Despite every review, I gave it a chance. I was wrong. The interface is slow and cramped. The listings load slowly and are no better than a mobile browser. Plus, use of the app automatically gives your consent to share GPS data with third parties. Uninstalled after 5 minutes. Save yourself time and data; don't bother installing it in the first place.
